Our Journey

EcoNook was born from the philosophy of “Live and Let Others Live.” This mindset is at the core of everything we do, guiding us to make choices that benefit not just individuals but also the planet. We recognized early on that many mainstream products—like leather goods, fast fashion, and single-use items—come with a cost far greater than their price tags. They harm animals, disrupt the environment, and contribute to the degradation of our planet in ways that cannot be ignored.

At EcoNook, we are drawn to vegan alternatives, not just because they’re kinder to animals, but because they offer a more sustainable future. The belief that we can create beautiful, functional, and eco-friendly products without harming living beings or the environment is what inspired us. This vision led to the creation of EcoNook—a cozy online space where sustainability and a connection to nature take center stage.

In 2022, our founders, Shreya and Jordan, met and instantly connected over shared values. Both were passionate about making choices that minimize harm to animals and the environment. Their collective vision for a more sustainable future led them to establish EcoNook together in 2024. It was their way of taking action—however small—for the planet. EcoNook reflects their values and desire to make a difference. They truly believe that every small step counts. Whether it’s choosing a cruelty-free bag, swapping out plastic for reusable options, or simply being more mindful about consumption, these small changes can lead to a bigger impact. Through EcoNook, they are proud to contribute to a more sustainable future and hope to inspire others to do the same.
